Black Widow needs a complete rework.

Black Widow is sitting at the 2nd lowest pick rate (slightly above Storm) on PC and the lowest pick rate (sub 1%) on Console. She has the lowest winrate of any duelist.

We're heading into Season 1 with nerfs to Hela and Hawkeye so the community and the developers already have put their foot down on long distance heavy damage ranged heroes. Hela and Hawkeye are generally must-ban in most games. And to see more play, she would need giga-buffs in this currently heavy dive meta.

Not really sure what to do with her but possibly changing her to a mixed range specialist with CC so she can counter dive heroes would possibly be one choice?
