Which legend abilities could be considered most similar to time manipulation?

For me I would say Alter's portal could be seen as a checkpoint in time where you rewind back to similar to Tracer from OW. Fade from Apex Legends Mobile is an honorable mention seeing how he definitely had time related powers by actually rewinding himself just like Ekko from League. But who else could you make an argument for with the power of imagination? If only we had a time stop/slow based Legend..
