Drivers seam ungrateful?

Is it just me or do the full time drivers not realize how awesome they have it !?? I worked helping several drivers and they were all so hard on themselves . I'm just wondering why and is there anything that needs improvement to make drivers see that they're vital to the success of the whole company. If no one told a ups driver today your awesome. You're awesome!!
