Teamsters health care

I’ve been at UPS for a year, started as seasonal, have been paying union dues. I’m well over 9 months of dues since Jan 15th and haven’t received any information about Team Care. There’s an 800 # but it’s only open 8:30-5 CST M-F and I’m doing my packet for RTD so can’t call in the day. Did everyone else receive their Team Care packet fine and on time? I’m hoping it shows up any day now but it feels about a month late.
