Best credit card rewards.

Hey guys was wondering who here is a frequent user of credit card reward points/cash back/free miles?

In your experience which card offers the best value in terms of peso spent to reward points earned? (example bdo gives like 1 point for 50php spent while others give 1 point for 30 php but each bank has it's own redemption points cost)

Would paying your utility bills (Meralco,Maynilad,Globe,Pldt) earn you reward points?

As for the cashback credit card some have 5% rebate on groceries and 2% on Utility bills but have a maximum cashback of P12,000/year. If I would be spending around P100,000+ per month on assorted bills/groceries/shopping would I be better off just earning miles/reward points then using a cashback?

If you don't have any information about this stuff please just give your experience using credit card rewards.
