Anyone else's performance gotten worse since this last patch?
I have a 3090TI, 11700k and 64gb DDR4 3200 mhz RAM, and a 2tb m.2. My computer is by no means lacking, but for some reason, this game is super CPU heavy. I dont really get any in-game lag, but if i have twitch running on my 2nd monitor, when the game is in a loading screen, it sort of "lags" and gest slow briefly. I noticed this happening alot more with this latest patch and now my game actaully has been getting stutters.
has anyone else noticed any performance issues recently? The only issue i could see being on my end is maybe my m.2? I have even lowered some graphics settings and its stiill the same.

EDIT: Was seeing that some of this is caused because of network lag, but i dont think mine is fully that since i get weird lag on twitch / youtube videos whenever i enter a loading screen

""The stuttering is caused by lockstep network mode and moderately high ping (above 60), the game gets out of sync and fails to resync properly and causes horrid stuttering. This can be disabled in POE1 but POE2 does not allow for predictive network mode. The only way to fix it is to restart the entire client and resync.

Bassicaly why it seems to be hardware related, is because your cpu/gpu is getting smashed with frames/shaders to render all at once from playing catch-up, it causes those stutters
