Can someone educate me on this topic?
So I'm not religious by any means but I find it very interesting and always want to learn about it whenever I can. A thought recently popped into my head about God and his foresight. So we all know God gave us free will, because we have control over every decision we make without his intervention or influence. If God knows every outcome, that also would mean he knows the decisions leading up to the outcome, aka our choices we make in life. So that would also mean God KNOWS who will or will NOT make it to Heaven, therefore he also knows who is or isn't truly faithful in the end. So is God just up there watching us suffer and go through life knowing like, "oh yeah he has free will but I already know he's not making it to Heaven no matter the choices he makes. I can see the final outcome, and uh yeah, he's not in it with me". So basically God is just people watching on an omnipotent level. He basically knows the entire plot of a movie as if he already watched it, but wants to sit and watch it anyways for any particular reason. Am I thinking about this in the wrong way? Can someone please educate me on this, I'm genuinely curious and mean 0 offense. Thank you.
